What is a diffuser ring?

A NOZE diffuser ring is a wearable aromatherapy ring made from porous material that absorbs essential oils and slowly releases scent throughout the day. You wear it on your finger and your body heat gently diffuses the essential oil blend, surrounding you in a subtle personal scent. No electricity, no heat, no mess.

How long does the scent last on a diffuser ring?

Each NOZE diffuser ring holds scent for approximately 6–8 hours of wear. To refresh, simply add 2–3 drops of any essential oil to the ring surface and the scent returns immediately.

What is a Whiff Stick inhaler?

A Whiff Stick is a pocket-sized personal aromatherapy inhaler containing a wick saturated with a pure essential oil blend. You hold it to your nostril and inhale for an immediate, direct hit of aromatherapy. It's about the size of a lip balm and fits in any pocket or bag.

How many uses does a Whiff Stick last?

With typical use (3–5 inhalations per day), a NOZE Whiff Stick lasts approximately 4–6 months before the scent fades. The essential oil cotton wick holds hundreds of individual inhalations.

What are the Room Mists made from?

NOZE Room Mists are water-based sprays formulated with pure essential oil blends. They contain no synthetic fragrance, no parabens, and no harsh chemicals. Safe to spray on fabrics, in the air, and around most home surfaces.

Are NOZE products safe for sensitive skin?

The diffuser rings do not apply essential oils directly to the skin — they sit on the finger and diffuse scent into the air. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin or known essential oil allergies, we recommend consulting a doctor before use. The Whiff Sticks and Room Mists do not make direct prolonged skin contact.

Are NOZE products safe around children and pets?

Our products use pure essential oils. Some essential oils are not recommended for use around young children or certain pets, particularly cats. We recommend using NOZE products in ventilated spaces and keeping Whiff Sticks out of reach of young children.

Do you ship across India?

Yes — NOZE ships pan-India. Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across most pin codes. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track via your order confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened products. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us at hello@noze.in and we'll make it right.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and email us at hello@noze.in within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
