Q. Can I reuse my Noze diffuser ring?
Think of it like a tea bag — it does its best work, then it retires. Each ring is designed to diffuse beautifully for up to 8 hours. After that, it’s time to toss and start fresh. Your nose will thank you.
Q. How long will it take for my products to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Depending on where you are, it can take up to 10 business days. If it’s been longer than that and you’re starting to side-eye your mailbox, email us at hello@noze.in and we’ll look into it.
Q. What kind of oils do you use? Are they safe?
We’re picky. The good kind of picky. We only use IFRA-certified fragrance oils and essential oils, which means they meet strict global safety standards (no mystery potions over here). Everything is formulated to be skin safe — so you can focus on how amazing it smells, not on reading the fine print with a magnifying glass.
Q. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Q. Do you white label your products?
Short answer: we love a collaboration. Full private labeling? Not our thing.
As a brand, we’ve made the decision that while we’re happy to partner with you, we don’t fully white label our products. What we will do is collaborate — think Your Brand × NOZE on the packaging. You’ll also get the perks (hello, bulk pricing and discounts).
We’re a growing company, and building alongside other growing brands matters to us. Collaboration means both names show up, both brands expand, and both communities discover something new. We would love to grow together as a team and have a lot more people try these products.
Q. How does the Noze Ring actually work?
The Ring sits gently under your nose and releases a light, steady scent into your personal airspace. It’s designed to stay close to you — subtle, controlled, and noticeable without filling the whole room.
Q. Will it completely block bad smells?
It won’t erase the world around you, but it can help soften or overpower unpleasant smells by layering your chosen scent into what you’re breathing. Think of it as improving your experience of the air, rather than isolating you from it.
Q. How long does one Ring last?
Each Ring is designed to diffuse for up to 4 hours. After that, the scent naturally fades and it’s time to replace it.
Q. Can I wear it all day?
Yes, within its scent life. The Ring is lightweight and flexible, designed for regular daily use as long as it feels comfortable. You can take it off and put it back in the resealable packet, but every time it’s out of the packet it’s slowly releasing it’s scent.
Q. Is it visible when worn?
The Ring is made from transparent silicone and designed to be discreet. Most people won’t notice it in normal conversation.
Q. How strong is the scent?
It’s designed to be personal-level noticeable — present for you, but not overpowering to others nearby. We recommend you try our sample pack to find the scent that best suits you.

Q. Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated to be skin-safe under intended use. However, everyone’s skin is different. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend trying it for a shorter duration first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

If you’re pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using scented products, especially those containing essential oils.
Q. Can I use it if I have asthma or respiratory conditions?
If you have asthma, allergies, or respiratory sensitivities, it’s best to speak with your doctor before using scented products. While our fragrances meet safety standards, sensitivities vary from person to person.
Q. What’s the difference between the Ring and the Inhaler?
The Ring provides a continuous, subtle scent experience throughout the day. The Inhaler offers a more direct, intentional experience — a few focused breaths when you want a quick reset.
Q. Which scent should I choose?
Start with how you want to feel. Calm, energy, focus, better sleep — each unique blend of oils can create different shifts in your mood. For example, Lavender is commonly used to relax, while Eucalyptus does a great job at waking you up. Choose the one that aligns with your most frequent need.
Q. Can I switch between scents?
Yes. Many people choose different scents depending on their mood or time of day. Each Ring is single-use and designed with a balanced scent profile.
Q. How do I dispose of the Ring?
Once the scent has faded, simply dispose of it in your regular household waste.

Yes. Our scents are designed around experiences and moods rather than gender.
Q. Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. We do not test on animals, and our fragrance formulations do not contain animal-derived ingredients.
