INHALER

Twist open the cap. Hold it just below one nostril, block the other, and take a slow, gentle sniff. Switch sides. Repeat as many times as you like. There's no wrong time to take a sniff — commute, desk slump, bad-smell emergency, or just because you deserve something nice right now.

Remove from packet. Tuck the ring gently into your nostrils. Breathe in. Breathe out. Repeat until the world smells like somewhere better.
